Refund Policy
At Isla DIY Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (include gifts and freebies).
2. Non-refundable
Certain situations cannot be refunded, including:
- Gift cards.
- Our refund policy does not cover items that are refused at delivery.
- You have 60 days from the order date to notify us if you have not received your product. After 60 days, your eligibility for a refund expires.
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
3. Restocking Fees
For non-defective items, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Delays
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank for additional processing time. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at isladiystudio@outlook.com.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it is processed, please contact us immediately. We will issue a refund minus any transaction fees incurred by isladiy.com.
8. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us at isladiystudio@outlook.com for exchange instructions.
9. Shipping & Shipping Fees
To return your product, you should mail it to: [Contact representative for the correct address during refund or exchange process].
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location and the season, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Slow or delayed shipping will not entitle you to a refund. However, it may extend your 30-day warranty, as the 30-day warranty begins from the day you receive the order.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
